About the Founder of MVE Circle
Hey there! I’m Lauren Wong Sanchez, founder of MVE Circle and also a wife, mom of 3 kids (under age 5), and career coach. I’m proud to own my own company and impact many people around the world in growing their careers.
But it wasn’t always that way.
Just five years ago, I was hungry and ambitious to grow my career. I had been stuck in the same role for YEARS. Frustrated that I wasn’t moving up - and really pissed that others around me - who were doing WAY LESS than me - were still able to grow… and I wasn’t.
I felt so confused. I felt like the typical career advice of - just network, make sure you’re seen and visible, be loud, beat your chest in bragging about your accomplishments, network on LinkedIn and real-life all day every day, and go to all the happy hours - all of that was NOT working and NOT getting me anywhere.
And more than that, I wanted to be myself. Not loud me - but just me, me. To be successful and respected for who I am - as I am.
And that’s where I started testing and trying out different career strategies that led to surprising success.
Career Leaps: Yours, Mine, and Ours
With just a few changes and the right guidance, I’ve experienced SIGNIFICANT career leaps in the last 2.5 years - rising up two levels from a Senior Specialist to Manager to Director. Even after making a career change. Even after having a baby.
I’ve proudly helped multiple people make the leap in transitioning career fields. One person was a recent college graduate / front desk receptionist - who in less than a year with my coaching and support - moved into her dream job without any prior experience in the field. Another quickly moved from being a specialist to managing a team.
And then I thought: What if I could help not just dozens - but THOUSANDS of people - learn the same career techniques and strategies that transformed my life and the lives of so many others? What if others could learn these career strategies too?
